Minister urges youth to embrace financial literacyKampala, 30th April, 2013…The youth have been urged to identify their strengths and transform them into opportunities that will enable them confront the future if they are to be better citizens.

The Authority has a number of insightful books on a number of financial and corporate issues, in its resource center. The resource center is open to the public from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, excluding weekends and public holidays. The resource center is at the CMA office on Jubilee Insurance Center 8th Floor, Parliament Avenue. Entry to the resource centre is free. The Library also contains copies of the publications produced by the Authority
The Research and Market Development department produces the CMA, Capital Markets Monthly Bulletin that captures developments in the capital markets. This bulletin focuses on the equity markets, collective investment schemes and fund management.
The Research and Market Development Department produces a quarterly publication, called the Capital Markets Quarterly Review, that highlights the various activities of the Authority, during the period under review.

This provides a series of research, surveys and market information able various aspects of the market trends. Additional series are added periodically depending on the areas that may be deemed useful at the time.
