Human Resource and Administration
The Human Resource & Administration department comprises the following functions;
1. Human Resource Management 2. General Administration 3. Procurement 4. Information Technology
The department is charged with the responsibility of developing a strong and vibrant human resource function that ensures CMA’s capability of attracting, developing and retaining high quality employees who will contribute to the achievement of CMA’s mission and objectives in accordance with established policies.
The department further provides logistical and administrative support to enable smooth running of CMA activities.
